PLUG & PLAY Rotation Heads

One control box can handle two sizes of rotation heads which together cover a nozzle diameter range of O.D.- Ø 0.091"-0.71" (Ø 2.3-18mm). The model 2000 is designed for simple applications and the model 3000 for a sophisticated CNC surrounding. This technology is applicable for blast cleaning and peening. The range of possible processes can vary from deburring or cleaning of tools up to peening of tiny oil holes on engine shafts. 
 

PLUG & PLAY LINO 400

The latest development s a linear movement (oscillator) & tilting unit. It is designed for very abrasive conditions. LINO 400 comes with a completely independent control box. This in order to insure an instant installation in any peening or blasting machine. Different hole set-ups will be used to attach either an external or an internal blasting nozzle. The maximum Y-stroke is limited to 400mm (15.7"). In addition it is equipped with a manual tilting mechanism to adjust the oscillator to slope surfaces. An interesting option for LINO 400 is the manual X-axis of 200mm (7.9"). It is designed in a modular concept to allow an installation any time later.
